How is the Sensex fabricated?
Sensex is the oldest market index in our country. The Sensex started in the year 1979. The base price of the Sensex was 100 and on this basis it is fabricated till date. So far the figure of Sensex has crossed 30000, indicating the change in market.
How does the Sensex become?
As we have said, sensex is based on the shares of 30 major companies in BSE. Bombay Stock Exchange Sensex
The Sensex is made up of 30 companies' shares, if their shares will increase, i.e., increasing the value of their shares, the Sensex also increases. And if the value of their shares declines, the Sensex also falls, sometimes the prices of these companies increase rapidly, meaning that the profits are in the top and the Sensex goes up a lot and the people invest in the market, if the companies are in losses People are selling their shares so that the market is down and the Sensex goes down too.
